Interior design and art curation for a family who loves sailing. We designed a California modern space where playfulness, functionality and sophistication intersect. The family room was intentionally designed to look elegant, while also functioning as a place where their kids can play and create. You can imagine children bouncing from seat to seat and creating art around the large coffee table. Every piece in the family room was chosen purposefully to enhance and integrate the client’s custom whale painting. The formal living room strikes a balance between sophisticated and playful modern with Socal touches. Unique marble and sandstone sculptures live throughout the home, grounding and tying it all together.
