Interior design, custom millwork, lighting design, and art curation for a single-family home in Mar Vista. The family envisioned a style that balanced clean modern lines with a layer of rustic warmth and sophistication. We brought this vision to life through an earthy palette of unexpected greens, rich yellows, and deep burgundy tones, paired with warm wood grain and layered materials including leather, velvet, and natural oak.

New lighting was thoughtfully selected throughout the home to enhance both function and atmosphere. Around the fireplace, decorative ceramic sconces were added to introduce visual interest and create a soft, inviting glow while complementing the home's organic material palette.

To finish the space, we designed custom white oak built-ins for the existing wall niches. These tailored pieces provide both storage and architectural presence, bringing warmth, cohesion, and a sense of permanence to the living area. The result is a home that feels collected, welcoming, and uniquely reflective of the family who lives there.
